Does your company package its own goods to distribute them in Belgium?
This question does NOT concern packaging used in grocery shops for consumers (e.g. bags for bread at the baker's).
Does your company have its own goods packaged by a third party in order to sell them in Belgium?
E.g. you have goods delivered to a logistics partner to be packed.
Does your company purchase packaged goods from abroad?
You receive an invoice with a foreign VAT number for the purchase of these goods. Your company may or may not unpack these goods.
Does your company unpack goods that come directly from abroad (according to transport documents) on behalf of another company?
Your company provides this service to the ordering party (your client) and the goods never become the property of your company.
Only for those questions answered "yes": does the total weight of single-use packaging exceed 300 kg annually?
